SEATTLE -- When closer Craig Kimbrel elected surgery to repair a torn meniscus in his left knee, the Boston Red Sox outlined a best-case scenario in which he would miss only three weeks.On Monday, exactly three weeks after having surgery, Kimbrel was reinstated from the disabled list.Everybody put a lot of work in to get me where I am, Kimbrel said upon rejoining the Red Sox for the opener of a four-game series against the Seattle Mariners at Safeco Field.
