TAMPA, Fla -- The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have signed former Philadelphia Eagles wide receiver Josh Huff to their practice squad.We signed him to the practice squad. We had Josh in the Senior Bowl a few years ago when I was coaching in Atlanta.
