He had a wrap on the hand afterward, but said the injury was not serious. However, Clemson coach Dabo Swinney said an MRI exam Monday showed a little crack below his thumb.Swinney said Renfrow could play, but would have difficulty holding the ball. Swinney said Renfrow would need surgery.
